The Müller Biber Classic-S is a splitting axe with head that weighs 1200 grams and has a 60 cm handle. Great when splitting firewood. The handle is made from American Hickory wood. This type of wood is incredibly strong and won’t break or splinter. it is part of their premium Biber Classic-S collection and was forged by hand in Austria. You can tell when you look at the classic, rough look of the steel of the head. This head has a flared shape, to make sure you have a broad cutting surface. Because of the built-in wedge in the head the wood is really pushed apart during use. The Biber Classic-S splitting axe comes with a handmade leather sheath.
