The CRKT Freyr is a cool axe, designed by Vietnam veteran Elmer Roush. For the Freyr he became inspired by the traditional viking axes. The large ‘beard’ on the cutting edge immediately reminds you of that. Now you are not meant to use the Freyr to plunder villages: it is truly much more useful as a bushcraft axe.
